 Tony started his floor covering career in 1969 as a flooring installation apprentice. It quickly became obvious to him that he truly enjoyed the profession resulting in pride in his work making him a true professional in the industry within one year.
He has spent the last 43 years embracing the floor covering and interior design industry. The two phases of the industry that he enjoyed most were Commercial Projects and Custom Homes. Tony holds a master floor covering certification with CFI, the nations highest recognized floor covering installation institution.
Tony moved to Lake Chelan from the Wenatchee area in 1994. In 1999 along with his wife Anne opened The Chelan Home Center and Lake Chelan Floorcovering and Design Center. “Being able to keep up with the ever changing products, and bring that research and information to our customers has always been my top priority. If we don’t believe in a product 100%, we won’t sell it.”

 Davalynn grew up on Whidbey Island and moved to the Seattle area after graduation where she spent the next 27 years focusing on raising a family. Davalynn has always had a love for creative ventures of any kind, spending her free time creating art, installing tile, gardening or any artistic idea that inspired her. She finally decided to make it official and study a career in the artistic arena of Interior Design.
She opened her own business in Seattle and where she was involved in a very diverse range of projects such as office interiors for PAO Structural Engineering, Daniel Ross Salon & Spa, Snoqualmie Ridge Eagle Nest development and countless residential projects for clients throughout the Seattle area. She was also the color consultant for CertaPro Painters in Seattle for the year prior to leaving Seattle.

 Anne brings the accountability aspect to Chelan Home Center. Although you will not see her much in the store, her ability to address the financial areas of Chelan Home Center is what has kept it running as a “smooth machine” over the years.
Anne was born, raised, and raised her family in Canada.In 1997 she moved to the US to marry Tony and settle at Lake Chelan.
Coming from a family of accountants and doctors, her abilities in the financial bookkeeping world of Lake Chelan have proven to be a great asset.Before moving to the United States, Anne worked with medical companies and housing authorities in Canada. Anne currently manages the bookkeeping for a large local Winery. She also is very active in the St Francis Women’s Guild along with doing volunteer work for other Lake Chelan organizations. Anne still holds her Canadian heritage and citizenship very close to her heart. |
